Weight Loss Injections

Weight Loss injection

  Weight-Loss Injections at Advance MDCare

Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, prescribed and monitored by our clinicians, inside a clear, personalized plan.

What do these injections do?

Once-weekly medications that act on appetite hormones (GLP-1 and  for tirzepatide GIP) to help you:

- Feel less hungry and reduce cravings

- Feel full sooner, so you eat less without constant struggle

- Target fat loss while preserving lean mass when paired with adequate protein and moderate activity

Your injection plan at Advance MDCare

1. Comprehensive intake & eligibility (medical history, BMI, related conditions, current meds, goals).

2. Weekly subcutaneous dosing, starting low with gradual titration to balance benefits and tolerance.

3. Close follow-up every 2–4 weeks to adjust dose, manage side effects, and break through plateaus.

4. Practical support: simple protein-forward eating, hydration, meal rhythm, and movement that fits your routine.

Expected results

-  Appetite control within the first weeks

-  Progressive weight reduction when the plan is followed (speed varies by person)

-  Measurable changes in waist, body-fat %, and health markers we track in clinic

Advance MDCare transparency: We don’t promise fixed numbers; we plan for real results with clinical adjustments and sustainable habits.

Safety & eligibility

Indicated for adults with BMI ≥30 or BMI ≥27 with related conditions (e.g., prediabetes, hypertension).

Not for pregnancy/breastfeeding or for those with a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2. Common, usually temporary effects: nausea, reflux, bloating, constipation or diarrhea. We provide prevention protocols (slower eating, smaller portions, protein/fiber first, hydration) and dose adjustments if needed.
